Although a resident of Georgia, White is included here because many of

Philip Wylie (1902-1971).
Bibliography.
Wylie was born in Beverly, Massachusetts. He first visited Miami in 1929,
wintered here in the 30's, and moved here permanently in 1937. A prolific
writer, he is best known for the classic science-fiction novel When
Worlds Collide and his Crunch and Des fishing stories.
